Why “the roofer who answers”
Built around the thing this trade gets wrong
Ask people round here about roofers and you won’t mostly hear about bad workmanship. You’ll hear about the bloke who came, measured up, promised a quote and evaporated. The second visit that never happened. The phone that rang out once the deposit cleared.
That’s the failure we built this company against. Ring us, text a photo, or book a roof check, and one rule holds at the end of every route: you get a straight answer about your roof, in writing. What it needs, what it costs, when we can do it. And if the honest answer is “that’s a small repair” or “that’s not one for us”, you get that answer too.
The rest follows from there. Quotes that itemise what you’re paying for. A repair-first policy, because three slipped tiles are three slipped tiles. A 10-year workmanship warranty on new roofs, on paper. And a named owner with a named crew, because in a market full of outfits that dissolve when you look at them, knowing exactly who is turning up is the whole point.
How we work
- Straight answers, in writing, both lanes
- Repair-first: the small fix when the small fix is right
- Itemised quotes that don’t grow on the doorstep
- 10-year workmanship warranty on new roofs
- Our own crew on your roof
