Who we are

This site is run by Roofing Croydon Ltd, company no. 16610890, registered in England & Wales (Warlingham, Surrey). For anything about your data, email info@roofingcroydon.com.

What we collect, and why

When you send the booking or contact form: your name, phone number, postcode, what the job is, your preferred times and anything you write in the message box. We use it to answer you, check coverage, arrange visits and prepare quotes. The form also records which page you sent it from, so we know which parts of the site are useful.

When you message us on WhatsApp or call: whatever you choose to send, messages, photos, videos and your number. We use it the same way: to answer you and quote the work. WhatsApp itself is provided by WhatsApp/Meta under its own terms.

When you email us: your address and message, used to reply and deal with the enquiry.

What we don’t do

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. We don’t sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing. There’s no newsletter to be quietly added to.

Where your details live

Enquiries are stored in the booking and customer systems we use to run the business, and in our email and messaging accounts. The people who see them are the people dealing with your job.

How long we keep things

Enquiry details are kept while we’re dealing with your enquiry and, if you become a customer, for as long as the job and normal business record-keeping require. If you enquire and nothing comes of it, you can ask us to delete the thread at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it’s used. Email info@roofingcroydon.com and we’ll sort it. If you’re unhappy with an answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
