How the patch works

Why the patch has an edge

Plenty of “Croydon roofers” will quote anywhere the phone reaches. We work the other way round: a defined patch we can actually serve. Croydon and the CR postcodes at the centre, west to Sutton and Wallington, north to Mitcham, east to Beckenham and Orpington, and south down the A23 and M23 through Purley and Caterham into Epsom, Redhill and Horley.

Inside that patch, the things that make roofing jobs go well are all on our side: we know the housing stock and what it was roofed with, we know which streets need consent before you change a roof covering and which need patience, and we’re never so far away that a callback is a production. Outside it we say so, rather than taking the job and turning up late forever.

Questions

Straight answers

What if my postcode isn’t on the list?

Type it into the checker anyway: the edges of a patch are always fuzzy, and the honest answer depends on the job as much as the miles. If we can’t cover you properly, we’ll say so straight away instead of taking the job and turning up late forever.

Are you cheaper on your home turf?

Working close to home means less travel time and no guessing about parking, access or what the local roofs are built from, all the things that quietly pad quotes. We price each job on what it takes, and being local keeps what it takes down.

Why do some towns get their own page?

The towns we work in most have pages covering what their roofs are actually like: the housing stock, the terrain, the conservation rules. They’re there so you can see we know your patch, not just claim it.

In the patch? Then let’s look at your roof
